Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, strengths, and needs, facilitating personalized treatment planning.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care, maintaining open communication regarding progress and treatment efficacy.

• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, helping them navigate the complexities of mental health treatment.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, facilitating an understanding of emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Work with the treatment team to develop and refine treatment plans that incorporate patient goals and personal preferences.

• Advocate for patients’ rights and needs within the mental health system, ensuring they receive appropriate resources and support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications, in addition to a generous sign-on bonus.
