Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mind Wealth Wellness Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays or disabilities.

• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.

• Monitoring and documenting progress to ensure optimal outcomes for children during developmental milestones.

• Providing evidence-based support and education to families that empowers them to be active participants in their child’s development journey.

• Utilizing a coaching model and natural environment teaching strategies, fostering a supportive learning atmosphere.

• Ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations while maintaining the highest standards of practice for health and safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on infants and toddlers, particularly those exhibiting developmental delays or disabilities. As an LCSW, your insight and interventions will be crucial in helping these young children achieve essential life skills, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication proficiencies.
