Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for clients entering the detox program, identifying their needs and formulating actionable treatment plans.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to monitor client outcomes.

• Provide consistent support and counseling to families, empowering them with tools and knowledge to foster their loved one's recovery and overall emotional health.
\n
• Utilize coaching techniques and natural environment teaching methodologies to enhance learning and development for families and clients.
\n
• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations, ensuring compliance and documentation practices uphold the highest standards for health and safety.

• Develop strong rapport with children, families, and team members, creating a respectful and nurturing learning environment.
\n
• Evaluate and modify service frequency and intensity based on client development progress and family priorities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets families and children dealing with the complexities of addiction, as well as those who require detoxification services. By working with vulnerable populations, your role will be pivotal in offering both clinical support and educational assistance to families dealing with the emotional and practical challenges associated with addiction recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required, with a current LCSW license from the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
