Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with clients on a variety of complex issues, employing structured therapeutic interventions that promote healing and growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of couples and families.
\n
• Facilitating joint sessions with couples while also providing individual therapy to each partner, ensuring a well-rounded approach to their issues.

• Addressing a range of concerns such as alcohol and substance abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapies and strategies within treatment plans to improve patient engagement and satisfaction.
\n
• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
\n
• Documenting client interactions following HIPAA regulations and assisting in our overall program evaluation and development efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including those struggling with:

• Grief and loss experiences

• Family conflicts, including sibling rivalry and cut-offs between family members
\n
• Job-related stress and medical concerns
\n
• Challenges faced by blended families and issues surrounding separation and divorce

• Communication difficulties among family members

Qualifications\n

We invite applications from individuals who have:

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

While recently licensed candidates will be considered, we also encourage experienced therapists to apply. We value flexibility in availability and prefer candidates who can commit to 30 hours or more each week. Experience working with adults and children/adolescents in therapeutic settings is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
