Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments with couples and families to identify key areas of concern.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to couples, as well as individual sessions with each partner.

• Specialize in addressing a variety of issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, family conflicts, and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that cater to the specific emotional, psychological, and developmental needs of each client.

• Facilitate open communication strategies among family members facing interpersonal challenges.
\n
• Offer guidance and resources for blended families navigating complex relationship dynamics.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation consistent with organizational policies and procedures.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families seeking support for various mental health challenges. You will work closely with adult clients as well as children and adolescents, tailoring your therapeutic approach to resonate with different age groups and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
