Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with no requirement for evenings or weekends. Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients through virtual counseling sessions, ensuring to establish rapport and foster positive therapeutic relationships anchored in professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to discuss their progress, assess stability, and address any immediate needs, leading to effective discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that reflect the specific mental health issues of each client, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress notes and treatment plans to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facilitate client care continuity.

• Administer intake assessments to evaluate prospective clients' needs and determine their suitability for counseling services.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and reflect on practice experiences for continuous professional growth.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support for clients within a multidisciplinary framework.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, which includes individuals experiencing mental health disorders, behavioral issues, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation is necessary.
