Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor will involve a range of responsibilities designed to foster positive outcomes for our clients:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions that promote interpersonal connections among clients, allowing them to share their experiences and learn from one another.

• Individual Counseling: Provide one-on-one therapy sessions focusing on personalized approaches that address the unique needs and concerns of each client.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop goal-oriented treatment plans that consider their individual needs and preferences, facilitating a tailored therapeutic experience.

• Progress Monitoring: Implement assessment tools to evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans and interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work in concert with other professionals in our multidisciplinary team to share insights, coordinate care, and consult on complex cases for comprehensive client support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30 who are enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). These clients may be facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. Your expertise and compassionate approach will be crucial in helping them navigate their paths toward recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health treatment modalities and evidence-based practices.

Preferred Experience\n

While experience may vary, preference will be given to candidates who have:
