Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories, diagnoses, and treatment needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, emotional resilience, and overall mental health improvement.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to deliver effective interventions.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process their trauma and develop healthy coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, fellow counselors, and mental health professionals to ensure holistic care integration for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and coping mechanisms, providing them with valuable resources.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
