Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy plans that address their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions through one-on-one sessions, group therapy, and family meetings, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy tailored for each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive and integrated care experience for all clients, focusing on their overall emotional and mental health.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Care First Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will provide support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties, ensuring that each client receives the personalized care they deserve.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and professional standards in mental health practice.
