Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCPC, you will encounter various responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and clarify appropriate treatment approaches.

• Developing comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that target trauma recovery and resilience-building.
\n
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions to support patients in processing trauma, developing coping strategies, and promoting healing.

• Coordinating closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary therapy teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Providing crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educating patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources for additional support.

• Maintaining thorough and precise documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards for mental health practice.

• Engaging in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to ensure the delivery of trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
