We operate from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, providing you the freedom to create a schedule that balances both personal and professional commitments. Our team is supported by dedicated scheduling and client service staff, ensuring you can concentrate on delivering quality care to your patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will encompass various essential duties, including:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma history and determine the most effective treatment strategies.

• Developing personalized treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery and resilience-building, tailored to meet individual client needs.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, notably Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions that enable patients to process their trauma and develop effective coping mechanisms.

• Working in collaboration with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure an integrated, holistic approach to patient care.

• Providing crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients receive immediate assistance.

• Educating clients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and community resources available to them.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCPC in the state of Maryland.
