This position is fully remote, offering flexibility to enjoy a work-life balance while serving our clients. Your primary work hours will be Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with no mandated evenings or weekends, allowing you to maintain a healthy separation between work and personal life. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering trusting therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, discuss challenges, and determine readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each client.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records and progress notes to track client improvements and inform treatment adjustments.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather relevant information that will inform treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
