Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, establishing a clear understanding of their needs and tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise.
