Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your daily responsibilities will revolve around promoting client well-being through therapeutic interventions. Your specific duties include:

- Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate and address the mental health needs of your patients. \n
- Foster open lines of communication among supervisors, support staff, and families regarding clients' progress and treatment plans. \n
- Develop and propose schedules for client appointments, home visits, and progress monitoring within your caseload. \n
- Coordinate necessary home visits in compliance with assessment objectives, ensuring thorough evaluation through direct observations and data collection. \n
- Collaborate effectively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to enhance program implementation and client care outcomes. \n
- Document and maintain comprehensive progress notes to track client development on a monthly and quarterly basis. \n
- Design and facilitate staff training sessions that focus on the proper execution of therapeutic programs and required documentation. \n
- Provide ongoing support through follow-up interviews and additional home visits to meet evolving client needs. \n
- Act as a liaison between clients and the broader mental health community to foster supportive relationships and development goals. \n
- Contribute to the evolution of training materials aimed at enhancing program efficacy and client engagement. \n
Your client base will include a diverse range of individuals, from adults grappling with anxiety and depression to youth needing guidance as they navigate life’s challenges. Your expertise will help bridge gaps in their mental health journeys, offering empathetic support tailored to their unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds.
Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate for this role will possess:

- A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n
- A valid and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credential in the state of Maryland. \n
- A minimum of two years of hands-on counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting. \n
While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with specialized experience in:
