This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexible work options that meet both the needs of our counselors and the clients we serve. Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging virtual group sessions, allowing clients to share their experiences and learn from each other's stories. Create a nurturing environment where each participant feels valued and heard.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapy sessions that delve into the unique thoughts, feelings, and challenges of clients. Utilize evidence-based practices to assist clients in developing beneficial coping strategies and actionable plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans, ensuring alignment with their specific needs and preferences. Adjust strategies in response to clients' progress and feedback.

• Progress Evaluation: Track and assess client progress using a variety of evidence-based assessment tools and methodologies, ensuring the effectiveness of interventions and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Team Collaboration: Engage in regular communication with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, coordinating ongoing care and discussing complex cases to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on young adults struggling with various mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, and adjustment difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n
