Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group sessions that create a safe space for clients to connect, share, and learn from one another.

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized and empathic counseling sessions designed to explore clients’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. You will help clients strategize their challenges and formulate action plans for their goals.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that are actionable and tailored to their personal needs and preferences.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track and evaluate clients’ progression towards their goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in regular communication, coordinating care, and discussing complex cases to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients.

You will primarily work with young adults facing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Your interventions will be rooted in best practices to provide appropriate support while respecting individual backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree: A master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Licensure: Must hold a current Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license.

• Clinical Experience: A demonstrated history of working with clients in residential or outpatient settings, particularly those with mental health concerns.

Compensation and Benefits\n
