Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, designed to offer flexibility while ensuring that our clinical team members can maintain a healthy work-life balance. Although primarily remote, we foster a collaborative team culture through virtual meetings and workshops, allowing our counselors to stay connected and engaged. Our clinic supports both telemedicine and in-person therapy options, giving clients and therapists flexibility tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client through thorough evaluations and assessments.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for diverse groups, families, individuals, and couples, ensuring support that is both proactive and responsive.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, adapting approaches as necessary based on client feedback and progress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including peer counselors and medical professionals, to develop comprehensive care plans that address both mental and physical health needs.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, always prioritizing client confidentiality and safety.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay updated on advancements in mental health treatment methodologies.

Your clients may range from individuals grappling with anxiety and depression to families facing significant life challenges. Our clinic serves a diverse client base with varying levels of need, encompassing children, adolescents, adults, and families, ensuring that you will gain experience across a wide spectrum of mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related human services field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in counseling, preferably within clinical settings.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with a variety of clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 annually, supplemented by performance-based bonuses. Additionally, this role includes a sign-on bonus.
