Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's unique trauma history, identifying suitable treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at aiding clients in trauma recovery and building resilience over time.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate effective recovery.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for patients to process their trauma, apply coping strategies, and cultivate healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and reassurance during trauma-induced emergencies to stabilize and support patients.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, develop coping mechanisms, and guide them to appropriate resources for additional support.

Compensation and Benefits\n
