Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs, concerns, and treatment goals. For example, using standardized assessment tools to identify areas for improvement.

• Provide personalized one-on-one counseling sessions addressing a wide variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. This may include recognizing distress signals and employing suitable therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's situation.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions aimed at resolving relationship dynamics and communication barriers, helping clients navigate complex interpersonal conflicts.

• Craft individualized treatment plans based on each client’s specific challenges, articulating clear objectives, therapeutic interventions, and progress measurements for accountability.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring safety and stability during these critical moments.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, equipping them with coping strategies and outlining available resources for additional support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measures, adhering to best practices and legal standards to ensure ethical conduct.

Spring Edge Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
