Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop customized therapy plans suited to each client's individual needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy, to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and address the diverse needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in adherence to ethical and legal standards, using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and other technologies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, such as attending workshops and training sessions, to stay current with industry standards and advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a diverse client base, including individuals and families facing limited access to mental health care. You will address various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical practice standards in counseling.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, based on your experience and the caseload you manage.
