Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that meet the individual needs of clients.

• Provide a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to individuals, couples, and groups.

• Utilize innovative treatment methodologies and stay updated on best practices to ensure the highest standards of care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all ethical and legal guidelines.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic client care and support.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and attend workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in the ever-evolving field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele spans a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Minimum two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards as they pertain to mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, along with additional performance-based bonuses.
