Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and positive working relationships while maintaining professional ethics and personal boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to monitor progress, discuss stability, plan for upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are centered around the client's needs, continuously monitoring and modifying plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with company policies and regulations.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to determine each client’s unique mental health needs and ensure they receive appropriate services.

• Lead individual counseling sessions, employing a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's needs.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to foster professional development and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling, counseling psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Ability to effectively utilize technology, including RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and Outlook for client management and documentation.

• Strong comfort and skills in conducting intake assessments.
