Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, developing and sustaining strong therapeutic relationships by adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor their progress and stability, scheduling future appointments, and facilitating discharge when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and oversee customized treatment programs that are centered on the individual client's needs and preferences.

• Maintain meticulous documentation for each client, including thorough progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

• Conduct intake evaluations to assess clients’ needs and establish appropriate therapeutic goals.

• Engage in one-on-one supervision sessions to enhance professional development and reduce burnout.

• Foster cooperative relationships with other healthcare providers to promote holistic care for clients.

• Commit to ongoing professional development and apply growth-oriented strategies throughout all aspects of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Mind and Body Connect, we cater to a diverse demographic, offering mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. The LPC will work with clients facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Active, unrestricted LPC license in New Jersey.
\n
• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following the completion of graduate training.

• Proficiency in technology, including experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.
\n
• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfortable and experienced in performing intake assessments and developing treatment plans.

• Experience in working with varied client populations, particularly in outpatient mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role includes an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, with opportunities for bonuses and financial incentives.
