Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing positive working relationships while upholding the highest levels of professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and plan for future appointments or discharge as appropriate.

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans collaboratively with clients to facilitate their healing journey.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, to track client progress and ensure continuity of care.

• Conduct intake assessments to understand client needs comprehensively, guiding them into suitable therapeutic interventions.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions to facilitate professional growth and improve therapeutic techniques.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to share insights and foster integrated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status in the state of Oregon.

• Proficiency in using technology, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, to manage client data effectively.
