Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, forging positive relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and guide them through discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique needs and goals.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries for each client in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to best understand clients' challenges and formulate treatment strategies.
\n
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions to provide ongoing support and intervention.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision by participating in clinical discussions and performance evaluations to foster professional growth.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a varied client demographic, including adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and family-related issues, as well as children dealing with behavioral challenges and social adjustment. This wide-ranging focus allows our counselors to utilize different therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the developmental, emotional, and clinical needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of one year of experience working in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation, demonstrating practical knowledge and skills in psychotherapy.

• Proficient in the use of digital tools and technologies, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy for documentation and communication purposes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Empower Soul Therapy Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually. Our fee-for-service model means clinicians can expect guaranteed rates, with payments made ahead of collections—eliminating the wait for reimbursement.
