This role primarily operates in a remote setting, offering the flexibility to work from home while also participating in outpatient office operations as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Regularly assess and adapt to the evolving needs of clients, crafting personalized treatment plans that outline goals and strategies.

• Facilitate effective communication among supervisors, fellow counselors, and external stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative approach to patient development.
\n
• Maintain a structured calendar for appointments, including home visits when necessary, to monitor client progress and facilitate discussions.
\n
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance overall patient care.
\n
• Document comprehensive progress notes monthly and quarterly, ensuring that all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
\n
• Organize and lead training sessions for new team members, ensuring adherence to the program’s methodology and documentation requirements.
\n
• Implement follow-up procedures, such as interviews and observations, to ensure clients’ needs are continuously met and to enhance their treatment paths.

• Act as a liaison between clients and the broader mental health community, advocating for individual needs while striving to meet organizational goals.

• Assist in refining training materials, enhancing methods to ensure individual programs are effective and relevant.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including youths and adults facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma. Our approach is holistic, aiming to treat the whole person rather than just symptoms. This position requires an ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust, both virtually and during in-person visits.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
\n
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance misuse is highly desirable.

• Solid knowledge of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practices.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with varied clientele.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Proficient in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and related technologies.
