Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health concerns through video consultations, utilizing a range of diagnostic tools to understand their needs.

• Develop client-centered intervention strategies that pull from various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the latest counseling methodologies, ensuring that you provide clients with the most effective therapeutic options.

• Monitor clients’ progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, maintaining open communication to ensure that the counseling approach aligns with clients' evolving needs.

• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships, creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings while working towards achieving their personal mental health goals.

• Refer clients to additional mental health resources or specialists when required, ensuring they receive well-rounded support.

• Document all client interactions meticulously in accordance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate records for follow-up and referral purposes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated skill in creating and delivering individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer additional bonus opportunities based on performance.
