Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and initiate individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions tailored to client needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions to guide client progress.

• Provide ongoing support and motivational feedback to help clients address and manage emotional, behavioral, or psychological challenges.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and client success.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation to track client progress and comply with state regulations, utilizing electronic health record systems effectively.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on new methodologies and evidence-based practices in the counseling field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children to adults, with various mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. A significant part of our practice involves helping clients from varied backgrounds and demographics, promoting cultural sensitivity and inclusiveness.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• A current and active license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
