Key Responsibilities\n

• Evidence-Based Practices: Utilize proven therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to facilitate client progress and recovery.

• Group and Family Sessions: Facilitate group therapy sessions or family counseling as appropriate, addressing complex dynamics and shared challenges among participants.

• Collaborative Care: Work alongside interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to deliver holistic and comprehensive care to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will engage clients from diverse demographics who are facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and eating disorders. By providing an empathetic and nonjudgmental space, you will help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to foster meaningful change and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
