Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of clients, which include conducting comprehensive intake assessments.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to various clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to establish a holistic approach to client care, discussing treatment progress and adjusting care plans as required.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records compliant with legal and ethical standards, ensuring timely updates following each client interaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position is competitive, with a salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
