Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through video consultations, utilizing evidence-based tools and methodologies.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that focus on their specific mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and more.

• Provide ongoing counseling sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to engage clients and enhance their coping skills.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Coordinate referrals to additional healthcare providers such as psychiatrists or specialized therapists, as needed, to address comprehensive treatment needs.

• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client outcomes and share best practices with fellow counselors.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals dealing with mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance abuse disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• Valid state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, eligible candidates will receive a sign-on bonus as part of our commitment to attracting top talent in the field.
