Our practice operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, creating a consistent schedule to support both our clients and the counseling team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building trusting, therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, address any emerging challenges, and plan discharges when appropriate.

• Develop person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with each client, ensuring the plans are dynamic and responsive to individuals’ needs.

• Document each session comprehensively with up-to-date progress notes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and client confidentiality.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively to manage patient information and streamline the treatment process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted, independent LPC licensure in Texas.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficient in using technology, including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for effective documentation and communication.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to a diverse range of clients.
