Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, strengths, and challenges to inform the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions during individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.
\n
• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans and methods as necessary to foster optimal outcomes.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services and support clients during critical moments, ensuring they have access to immediate assistance.
\n
• Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and community service providers to enhance client support systems.
\n
• Document all aspects of client care and therapeutic interventions accurately and consistently, maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Engage actively in clinical meetings, in-service trainings, and quality assurance activities to share insights and improve service delivery.

• Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with patients experiencing a wide range of mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Pennsylvania is a must.
