Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, including diagnostic and functional evaluations, to inform treatment plans.

• Provide focused therapeutic interventions for patients experiencing mental health challenges, tailoring approaches to individual needs.

• Actively collaborate with primary care providers, sharing observations and recommendations regarding patients’ treatment goals.

• Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring that treatment plans are adjusted as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

• Develop and implement relapse prevention plans to support patients in maintaining stability.
\n
• Assist in the identification of at-risk patients, working on strategies to mitigate their conditions and improve outcomes.
\n
• Facilitate connections between patients and additional treatment providers, ensuring a comprehensive approach to mental health care.
\n
• Provide patients with educational resources and coping strategies that enhance their self-management and active participation in treatment.
\n
• Contribute to behavioral health services development through consultation with clinic management and participation in program evaluation.
\n
• Adhere strictly to ethical standards as outlined in the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to best support patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with high-risk populations facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. Your guidance and interventions will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, fostering resilience and personal growth within the context of their everyday lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling is required.

• Current LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license in Texas is essential.

• Strong knowledge of the DSM-IV diagnoses and familiarity with psychotherapeutic methods.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
