Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored therapeutic interventions by applying evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.

• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to best practices.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and strategies to provide cohesive and comprehensive care to clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying abreast of the latest mental health research and interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards relevant to counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, along with a generous sign-on bonus.
