Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, stability, and treatment effectiveness, reassessing treatment plans as necessary.

• Develop, monitor, and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' unique goals and challenges.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with internal policies and state regulations.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients’ needs and objectives fully.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions on a weekly basis to ensure consistent client engagement and support.

• Participate in individual supervision to enhance professional growth and therapeutic skills.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, creating a comprehensive approach to client care that may include referrals to additional services when necessary.

• Adopt a growth mindset by actively seeking new techniques and strategies to improve therapy effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on youth, addressing various mental health issues while promoting resilience and emotional well-being. You'll engage with clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, or other emotional and behavioral challenges. Your expertise in handling sensitive populations will be essential in guiding these young individuals toward positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• Ability to meet organizational credentialing requirements for clinical practice.

• Minimum of one year of experience working with youth in psychiatric and/or substance abuse settings.

• Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, and providing both individual and group therapy.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in evidence-based therapeutic practices specific to youth.

Compensation and Benefits\n
