Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ biopsychosocial needs, identifying their problems and devising individualized treatment plans to address them.

• Provide various forms of psychotherapy, including individual, couples, family, and group sessions as clinically indicated, ensuring that clients' care is holistic and integrated.

• Actively engage as a primary or co-therapist in group therapy sessions, promoting a collaborative environment conducive to shared healing.

• Document and gather pertinent data to comply with regulatory standards and the specific requirements of our telehealth program.

• Work closely with psychiatry and counseling teams to discuss treatment plans and participate in program planning initiatives.

• Provide triage evaluations and crisis intervention for clients in collaboration with both outpatient and inpatient care teams as necessary.

• Adhere to individual professional ethics, agency policies, and all legal standards pertinent to the practice of licensed counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with earnings ranging from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, complemented by performance bonuses.
