Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a personalized caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our organization, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. You will be instrumental in providing evidence-based interventions that address these complex conditions, ensuring that clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time Licensed Professional Counselor position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates are paid ahead of collections, eliminating unwanted delays in reimbursement.
