Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments to evaluate and understand clients' mental health concerns, developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Provide ongoing telehealth counseling sessions using secure online platforms, ensuring high-quality care and maintaining client engagement.

• Maintain meticulous client records to document progress and ensure confidentiality, following all existing laws and regulations regarding privacy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other healthcare professionals, to coordinate and improve client care.

• Participate in continued education courses and training opportunities to stay updated on industry best practices and enhance professional skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role at Vital Edge will involve working with clients from diverse backgrounds, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will provide a safe, judgment-free space for clients to express themselves while employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate their healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
\n
• An active state license as a professional counselor, in compliance with Texas regulations.
\n
• At least 2 years of experience in providing counseling services within a clinical setting, demonstrating competency in therapeutic practices.

• Proficient in using telehealth technologies and virtual communication tools; familiarity with platforms such as Zoom, Doxy.me, or similar systems.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Experience working with a diverse population and the ability to adjust approaches to meet individual client needs effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous telehealth counseling experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc.) will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
