Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients and develop actionable treatment goals.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions that address various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, ensuring clients feel heard and valued.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions to help clients navigate relationship complexities, improve communication, and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based interventions that align with clients' unique circumstances and aspirations.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, fostering awareness and resilience through effective coping strategies and accessible resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring documentation complies with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse outpatient population, including children, adolescents, and adult clients experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns. This role will require cultural sensitivity and awareness to adapt therapeutic interventions to best serve the diverse backgrounds of our client community.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a fee-for-service compensation model with guaranteed rates paid ahead of client collections, ensuring financial security and stability for our clinicians.
