This position is fully remote, allowing you to deliver services from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients across the state via our telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments to develop tailored therapy strategies that meet clients' unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, couples, and family therapy.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide cohesive and comprehensive client care, ensuring that each client receives support that addresses their complete wellness.

• Maintain accurate and ethical clinical records in compliance with all state and organizational guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay current with the latest mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
