Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and initial evaluations for clients, establishing personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and challenges.

• Provide a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to ensure clients receive holistic, well-rounded care that addresses all aspects of their well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with both ethical standards and legal regulations pertaining to mental health practice.

• Stay engaged with the latest research and best practices in the field by participating in workshops and training opportunities that facilitate professional growth.

• Facilitate client progress and therapy sessions by utilizing telehealth platforms efficiently, ensuring secure communication and confidentiality.
