Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes, employing tools such as progress notes and teletherapy software.

• Carry out mental health screenings and assessments, utilizing standardized tools to identify treatment needs effectively.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to care that addresses both mental and physical health issues.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team meetings to share knowledge and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be delivering care to clients who experience mild traumatic brain injuries and other mental health challenges. You will develop therapeutic relationships while employing CBT techniques to support clients in managing their symptoms, improving their coping mechanisms, and enhancing their overall quality of life. Your role will also involve educating clients about their conditions and working collaboratively to set achievable treatment goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, along with an active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.

• A minimum of two years of professional clinical experience, specifically utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in treating clients with mild traumatic brain injuries.

Compensation and Benefits\n
