Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients while building rapport and establishing trusting, professional relationships that respect ethical boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress and stability, facilitating discussions around up-and-coming appointments and discharge planning when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that best serve the unique needs of each client.

• Ensure timely documentation and progress notes are meticulously kept for each client to accurately reflect treatment and changes over time.

• Carry out thorough intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and current mental health concerns.

• Deliver comprehensive individual therapy sessions throughout the week tailored to the needs of clients.

• Engage in individual supervision to refine clinical skills, receive feedback, and discuss case management strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or equivalent field.

• Unrestricted, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Proficient in using various computer systems, including Excel, RMS, Outlook, and PIMSY.
\n
• Direct experience in providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families is essential.

• Ability and comfort in conducting intake assessments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation structure operates on a Fee-for-Service model, which provides guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections for timely remuneration. Additional benefits include:
