Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and professional relationships to support their mental health journey.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are person-centered and adaptable to each client's needs.

• Document client interactions thoroughly, maintaining up-to-date progress notes and records to track treatment effectiveness.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify each client's unique challenges and goals.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions, tailoring techniques to accommodate varying client needs.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions to refine your clinical skills and collaborate on case strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is essential.

• You must hold an unrestricted, independent, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is required, demonstrating your ability to provide effective counseling.

• Comfort and proficiency in using various software tools and systems, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, are necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our Licensed Professional Counselors can expect an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. We operate on a fee-for-service model, ensuring guaranteed rates are paid ahead of collections, thus eliminating waiting periods for reimbursement.
