Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' needs and identify appropriate treatment interventions.

• Develop individualized therapy strategies utilizing evidence-based approaches for various client demographics, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, conferences, and training to remain current with advancements in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
