Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by establishing and maintaining strong rapport and professional boundaries, ensuring an ethical and supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to review therapeutic progress, assess stability, and plan for future appointments, including appropriate discharge processes when goals are met.

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans based on collaborative discussions with clients, while continuously monitoring and adjusting these plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with organizational standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and inform initial treatment strategies.

• Engage in weekly individual supervision sessions to foster professional development and clinical growth.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care across all aspects of the client’s mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse outpatient population, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Our diverse clientele allows for a rich experience in dealing with different therapeutic needs, which may include depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will be pivotal in creating a safe, trusting environment for clients to explore and address their mental health concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• A current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is mandatory for this position.

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, with at least one year post-graduate.

• Proficient in using computers for documentation and communication, including familiarity with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.
\n
• Proven experience in providing individual psychotherapy services to both individuals and families.
\n
• Comfortable conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans based on these evaluations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care, would be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, ensuring that clinicians are compensated ahead of collections.
