Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and formulate individualized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities to effectively address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and ADHD.

• Work closely with clients to collaboratively establish therapeutic goals and measure progress, employing regular check-ins and updates to adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records in compliance with licensing and regulatory standards using SimplePractice, ensuring all documentation meets legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring clients receive holistic support.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training and educational opportunities to stay current with developments in mental health counseling practices.

• Manage a minimum caseload of 10 therapy sessions per week, while working toward an eventual caseload of about 25 sessions, fostering a steady rhythm of support for your clients.

• Contribute to marketing efforts, such as refining your profile on platforms like Psychology Today to enhance visibility and attract new clients.

• Participate in weekly case review meetings to ensure high-quality care, share insights, and collaborate with colleagues for continuous improvement.

Qualifications\n
