Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging group therapy sessions designed to foster support and connection among clients, allowing them to share personal experiences while learning from each other.

• Conduct Individual Therapy: Provide compassionate, one-on-one therapy that addresses clients' unique thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while crafting tailored coping strategies and action plans.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate closely with clients to establish individualized treatment plans that target their specific challenges and aspirations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating their journey through mental health challenges in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). By providing a tailored approach to therapy, you will support clients in overcoming obstacles and achieving long-lasting recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults in mental health or counseling settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
