As a fully remote position, this role emphasizes telehealth practices that allow for effective client engagement through digital platforms. The work environment prioritizes flexibility, enabling counselors to tailor their schedules to suit individual patient needs while adhering to a standard workweek from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate mental health assessments to accurately identify the needs and challenges of each patient.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, focusing on fostering a supportive virtual environment.

• Facilitate educational psychoeducational sessions and supportive group therapies to cultivate community and understanding among participants.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other treatment team members to coordinate holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, employing proactive strategies to manage urgent issues.

• Educate patients on mental health disorders, treatment options, and relevant community resources to empower their recovery journey.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
